To promote a healthy community, the Family Dynamix team strives to meet community needs by providing diverse and accessible information, as well as confidential support services to anyone who seeks them.

The services are delivered with a compliment of qualified staff. Our present contracts require a level of professionalism achieved through a combination of university education in relevant Master, Degree, Diploma and Certificate programs and experience augmented with professional development to maintain best practice in the field of social work. The employees provide services through several modalities based upon the needs identified by our clientele.

We seek employees who work from a client centered approach and believe that clients have the right and capacity to determine how they would like to change their lives, and the strength to make those changes. Employees must work with integrity, have a passion for working with families and individuals in the field of social work and demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively with other professionals in the community.

We accept resumes continuously and post positions on the website as they become available.

We accept requests to complete 3rd and 4th year practicums from students in the field of Social Work.
