- Greeting visitors and clients, answering phone calls and emails, maintaining appointment calendars, filing documents, and keep them well organized.
- Performing any other clerical duties necessary to keep the office running.
- Lending books, journals, magazines, providing relevant information on family development, personal growth, parenting, abuse, assault, addictions, and legal issues.
- Providing flyers and brochures on in-house and community resources, on a variety of services available for diverse age groups.

- Provide twenty-four hours on-call service to women and their children trying to flee domestic violence within their homes and arranging for them, safe, temporary accommodations, and all necessities like food, and clothing.
- The program advocates for women in violence and looks to educate and promote equal access to legal assistance, housing, education, money, and safety.
- Intervenes with 12 to 18-year-old youth who are at high risk of unhealthy or illegal behavior, and counsels’ youth in family conflict.
