Early Years provides referral services and increased access to services for parents and caregivers of young children under the age of six years.

The program connects families with young children and provides information on child care, parenting, and other relevant topics regarding a child’s growth and development.

It provides outreach services, including educative workshops, training, child care subsidy, and RESP information.
